Brewery Assistant - full or part time

Role Summary
Support day-to-day brewery operations including brewing, packaging, cleaning, customer service, and deliveries. This role works closely with the brewhouse team to ensure all beer meets Bermuda Craft Brewing quality standards and the facility remains clean, safe, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with brewing, packaging, and labeling beer

  • Follow cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance schedules

  • Run quality-control tests and participate in tastings

  • Track inventory and report low supplies

  • Support prep work (milling, mashing, transfers, cleaning)

  • Assist with retail sales and front-facing customer service

  • Make deliveries and service field equipment

  • Complete required paperwork and work collaboratively with the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Detail-focused and safety conscious

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver kegs up to 130 lbs

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain

Bar Staff (Tap Room) - full or part time

Role Summary

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service in the tap room by pouring beer, engaging with guests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily bar operations. Bar Staff work closely with the tap room and brewery teams to ensure an excellent guest experience while upholding quality, safety, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pour and serve beer according to tap room standards

  • Greet guests, explain beer styles, and answer questions

  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tap lines, glassware, and guest areas

  • Restock bar supplies and report low inventory

  • Assist with opening and closing duties

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Detail-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

Preferred

  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain

  • Prior bar, tap room, or hospitality experience
